Job responsibilities:

Communicate the company's sales and promotional policies to regional customers;

Implement and achieve sales targets;

Responsible for negotiating annual contracts with clients and signing contracts;

Maintain and manage existing channel distributors, manage customer inventory within the region, visit key customers, and develop new channels and customers;

Strictly implement the company's Price system; Implement product distribution and display standards; Organize the promotion of new products; Handling customer complaints;

Implement regional promotional activity plans; Manage and control the progress of promotional activities; Review and inspect the results of promotional activities, and make a conclusion on the promotional activities;

Collect, organize and analyze customer information in the region, collect market and competitor information, conduct analysis and feedback, and propose suggestions and solutions;

Qualification:

College degree or above, major in marketing related field;

Having 3 years or more of sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, and 1 year or more of sales management experience;
